hi chrissy.... I know there are sellers on etsy that create the wedding trees. Bronwen's brother made hers. She also made the paper flower & bird garlands herself, but she told me that she found lots of DIY info on many of the wedding blogs that told her how to make these. Check out Ruffled, Wedding Chicks, Once Wed, Style Me Pretty, and Green Wedding Shoes. These might have some good info for you. :)
